RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you want to change or return an item purchased in our online store, you can do so within a period of less than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To make a change or return, the customer must contact JOYERIA KHRIST SL via email info@goldtouch.es and follow the instructions that are communicated. In no case will returns be accepted that do not comply with the procedure and channels marked by the company.
The user will not have the right to change or withdraw special or personalized orders.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been tampered with, that have been used or that have had their security seals removed.
Orders without stock availability, with the customer’s prior agreement and reservation of the same through a deposit, will be requested from the supplier to be able to serve the order to the customer. No changes or returns can be made on these orders.
It is essential that the products to be exchanged or returned keep the original packaging (original box, documentation, accessories, etc.).
Once JOYERIA KHRIST S.L. receive the returned product and verify that it meets the required authenticity and status requirements, payment reimbursement will be made using the same method in which the purchase was made in a period of less than 14 calendar days (from the date that the withdrawal decision).
You can choose two ways to return your order to our offices:
- Through our messaging service. This service has a cost of €60, which includes the service of safely picking up the package at your address. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total invoice amount.
- Through another courier service other than the one offered by us and chosen by you. Please send your return to the following address:

Keep in mind that if you do not use our courier service for your return, JOYERIA KHRIST SL is not responsible for possible theft or loss during transport; therefore, we recommend that you choose our courier service to ensure the correct arrival of the package at our offices.
If you have paid the shipping costs, we will refund the equivalent of the same (orders less than €500 where the shipping costs are €20)
Note: When we proceed with your exchange or return, we may contact you by phone or email. Please make sure that the information you provide us is correct and up-to-date.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order at any time 24 hours after the order has been accepted. In case of cancellation we will refund the total amount of your order.
Please contact our team via email info@goldtouch.es if you wish to cancel your order.
