DELIVERY OPTIONS
At Gold Touch, we ensure that deliveries are completed successfully and in the best possible way. All orders over €500 are shipped FREE via Special Delivery, which is a next-day trackable service. Orders under €500 will incur a charge of €20 for shipping and insurance. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery team will leave a notice with details for rescheduling a new delivery.
We acknowledge that your order is important to you, so when you receive your shipping email, you know that your order is on its way. Our service team will provide you with your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped from our distribution centre.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Please note that the delivery estimates shown below exclude public holidays. We ship goods from our showrooms 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Expect additional time if you place your order on or around public holidays or during promotional periods, as transit times may vary due to traffic on the website.
Zone 1 (4-5 working days)

Zone 2 (5-6 working days)
Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

All data provided will be treated confidentially. It is extremely important that the information is correct and up to date for delivery purposes. Please ensure that the delivery and billing address is correct, as we cannot redirect orders once they are in transit.
Before we can ship your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please ensure that your billing address matches the one registered with your card issuer. We will do our utmost to minimise any delays. Occasionally, we may need to contact you to confirm additional security details before shipping your order.
INSURANCE
Your purchase is insured while in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any product delivered, at which point the responsibility for the purchased products passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is responsible for the package.
